Product invention · Strategy · Execution

I turn unmet needs into products people can depend on.

My strongest work happens before the answer is obvious: finding the real problem, inventing the product, building the first version, and shaping the system and team that can take it further.

How I create products

Close the distance between the decision and the work.

I have never treated product as a layer between “the business” and engineering. The product is the whole operating system: the customer problem, the interface, the architecture, the business rules, the support model, and the feedback loop that keeps improving it.

Because I can move between those layers, I can test an idea against reality early. I can sit with a customer problem, sketch the interaction, inspect the technical constraints, build a working version, and then decide what deserves to become a durable capability.

My formal training as a graphic designer matters here. It gave me a practiced eye for hierarchy, typography, composition, and visual communication—not as surface polish, but as tools for making complex systems understandable. That foundation has carried directly into both my UI and UX work.

I bring the same rigor to branding. Positioning, identity, language, experience, and perceived value are product decisions. I design them together so the promise a business makes and the experience it delivers reinforce each other.

That is also how I lead. I make the intent clear, give specialists room to do their best work, and keep everyone close enough to the customer that internal activity never becomes a substitute for progress.

The product loop

01 · Discover

Watch where work breaks.

I look for repeated workarounds, support questions, handoffs, delays, and decisions that require knowledge trapped in one person’s head. Those are often better signals than feature requests.

02 · Invent

Build the smallest complete system.

A prototype should test the difficult part of the idea, not merely imitate the final screen. I connect interface, data, rules, and operations early enough to expose the real tradeoffs.

03 · Productize

Turn personal knowledge into capability.

The product becomes valuable when it can explain itself, make safe decisions, handle exceptions, and work without the original builder standing beside it.

04 · Scale

Keep the feedback loop short.

Reliability, support, security, and observability are product work. They show where the promise breaks and where the next improvement will create the most leverage.

Evidence in the work

Built across software, AI, communications, and media.

Telzio

What began as a communications tool I needed became a configurable cloud platform. I led product, engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations; built customer-facing and back-office systems; and developed production AI capabilities for areas including fraud prevention, customer service, and voice generation.

National media and cloud software

At DR, Denmark’s national broadcaster, I built interactive products and early streaming experiences for a national audience. At Mondo, I worked on a browser-based interface for provisioning cloud infrastructure before cloud consoles became normal product territory.

Creative businesses

At 6AM Productions, I paired a record label with custom operational software. At Third Space, I am combining production, live media, and software in one working environment. Creative technology is most useful when the people making the work can shape the tools.

Where I add the most value

Product leadership with technical depth.

I am a strong fit for product leadership, principal product, product innovation, AI product, and creative-technology roles—especially where software, media, communication, or physical production overlap.

A conventional “product owner” title can describe part of the work, but my value is broader: defining what should exist, proving it can work, aligning the disciplines around it, and remaining accountable for what happens after launch.
